Effective immediately, we're going to change the group fitness classes. After Steve Maxwell's seminar, I've realized that we need to change some things and go back to my original ideas when I first opened Formosa Fitness.
 

So starting now, we're taking barbell moves out of classes since they take longer to set up. We're going to be using kettlebells, bodyweight, and STX for all exercises. The emphasis will be on proper exercise technique, breathing, and quality of movement. I'm seeing lots of sloppy movement with an emphasis on doing many reps instead of doing higher quality movement. So we're going to ask you to slow down, we will teach you how to breath, and we'll show you how to get so much more out of the exercise by using better technique. Why do things this way? Please ask the trainers and they'll tell you.
