感想:
這次讓我快要掛點的兇手就是Rock squat,一開始能深蹲搞到最後我只能半蹲..可惡阿!!! KB V-up好久沒做,動作有點跑掉,而Snatch這動作有越來越順的感覺,不過還是感覺有小細節怪怪的,晚點看影片研究一下。加油!!!
